Join goNewHavengo, SeeClickFix, Denali, Yale-New Haven Hospital, Being Well at Yale, and other partners for the first annual New Haven Walktober!
Throughout the month of October, join your friends, colleagues, and neighbors in walks across the Elm City. Enjoy the benefits of increased physical activity, the beautiful fall weather, and get to know the city and new people all at once! All walks are free (food not included) and open to the public.

WEEK ONE: September 30 - October 9

Friday, September 30, 12 pm: Long Wharf
Take a walk with the SeeClickFix team, eat at the Long Wharf taco trucks, and check out the Vision Trail.

Tuesday, October 4, 11:30 am: Exercise in the Park
Take a walk with the Yale-New Haven Hospital team for exercise in the park that includes stretching or simple yoga and
breathing/meditation exercises. Total time will be about 30 minutes.

Wednesday, October 5, 1 pm: Little Salad Shop
Take a walk with the Denali team to Little Salad Shop - build your own salad!

Thursday, October 6, 12 pm: Being Well At Yale
Join the Being Well at Yale team for a 30-minute walk. Pre-register for a chance to win a FitBit Zip pedometer!

Take a walk with the SeeClickFix team along Grand Avenue.

Take a walk with the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council to explore the West Haven Greenway Trail Route along.
Meet at Bay View Park, West Haven (Intersection of Water and Main Streets across from Hallocks’s)

Sunday, October 9, 1 pm: West Rock Ridge Nature Walk
Take a walk with the Hamden Land Conservation Trust and the West Rock Ridge Park Association Baldwin Drive.
Meet at the intersection of West Shepard and Rayzo Terrace.

Take a walk with the Yale-New Haven Hospital team for exercise in the park that includes stretching or simple yoga and

Take a walk with the Denali team to Louis' Lunch - the birthplace of the hamburger!

Take a walk with the SeeClickFix team along upper Chapel Street and grab a treat at Four Flours Bakery.
